I've been meaning to start Nicholas on piano for months. We actually did a 'first' lesson back in February and then promptly forgot all about it. He wants to learn, and so I was determined to get him going this summer. It took me until July to get serious about it. He had his second 'first' lesson last week, and loved it.
Today, he sat down to do some practice (he's working on Twinkle Twinkle Little Star by following coded key colours) and Kate decided to help him. They sat there for about twenty minutes while she gave him a piano lesson. It was awesome to watch. I loved every second of it!
It made my piano teacher heart proud!
