Monarch Butterfly Day

On Saturday Adam had a merit badge clinic at the pooh factory (which is what we have always and will forever call the water treatment plant, despite what Adam may have learned doing his merit badge day!) and while he was there I took everyone else to Monarch Butterfly Day at the park. The event is getting bigger year by year - this year there were bounce houses and free popcorn, which is a step up from the colouring pages and bead bracelets from years past - but essentially it is still just an excuse to take pictures of your kids with butterflies. So I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
